Please be aware that there is currently an issue with the Royal Mail query interface, which is affecting the ability to retrieve tracking data for new shipments
Royal Mail modified their API interface on November 11 without prior notice, which has caused this disruption.
API calls may not return tracking data as expected.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and understand the impact this may have on your operations
