TransactionID not saved for shipments generated via Ship API

This morning from 10:21 am to 10:51 am the shipments generated via the Ship API endpoint did not correctly register the TransactionID field.

The problem was resolved at 10.51 am and all orders generated from that moment forward behaved correctly.

If you have the necessity to fix those orders that were impacted we suggest you:
- Perform VoidShipments API passing the OrderIDS of the not correctly saved orders
- Perform the Ship API for the same list of OrdersIDS again
